Project "Rat"

So I bought a sketch book back in December (wow. What an update.)
Anyway, I just started doodling in this sketchbook when I was hanging with my roommate at Rockefeller Plaza. I drew a goat. I really liked what I did there, so I boxed it off, but the box was really ugly, so I surrounded it with more ugly boxes, amazing logic, I know. Everything was looking really ugly, so I tried cluttering it with as much crap as I could. Fortunately the outcome was spectacular and now I've devoted this sketch book to filling them with this sort of this.

Now I should just stop talking and show:

I'm gonna try and fill the whole book before the summer's end. Which is quite a daunting task since those 5 pages took me 3 months to do. So I just need to focus and GET IT DONE, YO.
The reason why before the end of the summer is so I can have something to submit with my portfolios when I want to apply for an art school. And maybe I'll publish it as one of those dumb coffee table books for a little extra cash if people are interested.

Molly's Wedding

So, I took a look at it and decided to work on that first.

I started 'Molly's Wedding' early last year. Its titled after my best friend's at-the-time girlfriend, I dont know why, just because.

I got really far into the picture, but my computer was being a derp and reset itself and I lost all my progress, thus I was pretty unmotivated and lost all interest. I returned to it a bit later, but didnt know what to do with the picture, so I left it.

And now I shall return to finish it.

Someone told me...

Someone told me to make a blog about my art; that it's a good way to get myself out there and have some watchers. So thats what I shall do. I shall blog. And hopefully I will stick with it and be awesome about blogging. Be apart of this BLOGOSPHERE.
